This document establishes the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the databul platform, administered by databul.com. The services offered include educational modules on securing online transactions, automated collection of business indicators, financial diagnostic tools, statistical analysis, and data modeling for economic market forecasts.
The user undertakes to provide accurate and complete information upon registration, not to infringe intellectual property rights, and not to use the platform for illegal purposes. Access to educational content is permitted only for personal and non-commercial use.
databul.com undertakes to maintain the platform's functionality, periodically update educational content, and ensure the security of user data. The provider reserves the right to modify the terms, with 30 days prior notice.
The provider is not liable for indirect losses, moral damages, or service interruptions caused by force majeure. The total liability of databul.com is limited to the value of the subscription paid in the last 12 months.
Payments for subscriptions are made monthly or annually, according to the chosen plan. Refunds are possible within 14 days of purchase, except for modules accessed in full. All amounts are expressed in EUR and include VAT.
The user may request account deletion at any time, with immediate effect. databul.com may suspend access in case of serious breach of terms, with 7 days prior notice.
Any modification to these terms will be communicated to users by email 30 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the modifications come into effect constitutes acceptance thereof.
